MCL Color Guard marches in the 4th of July Parade in Vero Beach, FL

The detachment is proud to provide Color Guards and Honor Guards for parades, and memorial ceremonies. We are especially honored to provide services for funerals of Marine Corp Veterans whose families are unable to obtain official military honors.

Color Guard – The Color Guard is a four-member formation carrying the National Colors, the Marine Corps Colors, and two rifle bearers. This traditional formation adds dignity to any military-related activity, parade, or civic event by showing respect to our Nation and those who have served.

Honor Guard – An honor guard, or ceremonial guard, is a ceremonial unit, usually military in nature. A primary role for honor guards is to provide funeral honors for fallen comrades.

Please contact us if you would like to request a Color Guard or Honor Guard for your event. We are unable to fulfill all requests so please provide as much lead time as possible for the best chance of having your request filled.
